  • 200 ml water
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Zest of one organic lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 serving of collagen

Preparation: Heat the water with the honey and lemon zest. Allow to cool, then add the lemon juice, mint and collagen. Blend and pour into a container. Freeze for 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals (or use an ice cream maker).

2. Strawberry-coconut ice cream with collagen

  • 200 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 servings of marine collagen powder

Preparation: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into ice cream moulds or a container and freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

3. Banana nice cream with collagen (dairy-free)

  • 2 very ripe bananas, frozen in slices
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 serving of marine collagen powder

Preparation: Blend the frozen bananas with the other ingredients until creamy. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for 1 hour for a firmer consistency.

4. Chocolate collagen ice cream (rich and indulgent)

  • 200 ml heavy cream or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 serving of marine collagen powder

Preparation: Blend all ingredients, pour into a container or moulds and freeze for 3 to 4 hours. Stir halfway through if you do not have an ice cream maker.

5. Tropical pineapple-mango collagen ice cream

  • 150 g mango (frozen)
  • 150 g pineapple (frozen)
  • 100 ml coconut milk or plain yogurt
  • 1 serving of marine collagen powder
  • Fresh mint (optional)

Preparation: Blend all ingredients. Serve as a frozen smoothie or freeze in individual portions.
